How do you use the keyboard shortcut editor? I can’t see it anywhere.

I should further explain. Money doesn’t motivate everyone, and mostly it doesn’t motivate me. The little I get keeps me alive. But when I first saw an update to Wavosaur I was sure it would be flac, and I got ready to donate what would be $20-25. Due to bad health I have an extra $60 a month so $20-25 is a lot (to me). But Wavosaur has so many advantages over other editors free and expensive, it just seems to me it’s a historical time, approaching the top of a mountain we’ve climbed together for decades. And we’re steps away from a really nice view 🙂
Dang, I’m looking for an alternative to Audacity as my external editor in Reaper. But I keep ALL my Reaper files in FLAC format and then discovered that Wavosaur can’t handle that format. Oh well.
